Job description

You will help customers resolve product questions, account issues, and service requests while representing Kuantoom with empathy and speed.

Key responsibilities

Handle user inquiries in Bahasa Indonesia; provide chat, email, or phone-based support; document issues; escalate bugs and product feedback; maintain service-quality targets.

Basic qualifications

Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; strong customer communication skills; ability to explain steps clearly; comfort using support tools; English proficiency for internal documentation.
